Jennnifer

Jennifer brings experience in corporate law, business, and international development.  Jennnifer currently works as a corporate attorney, advising clients on corporate law, contractual drafting/negotiation, finance documents, dispute settlement and in-house legal management solutions.  She previously served in a General Counsel role for an international consumer goods and services conglomerate based out of Los Angeles, CA.

 

Jennifer is not only an industry expert but also a teacher, writer, and speaker in her community and abroad.  She has worked on microbusiness and social impact projects in Uganda, South Africa and the Middle East.  Jennifer helped start an orphanage and primary school in Masaka, Uganda and a prison entrepreneurship program in Cape Town, South Africa where she serves for an extended period of time each year.

 

Jennifer earned Bachelor degrees in both Psychology and Political Science-International Relations from the University of California, San Diego, a JD from Loyola Law School, and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University.  Jennifer was also a Hansard Scholar at the London School of Economics.
